    Does the dealer see my garage or my customer?

    No. Aurocle buys in its own name. Dealers only see an anonymous configuration; you only see Aurocle's offer.

    Which configuration URL should I send?

    The link the configurator gives after "save", "share" or "summary". Otherwise send the PDF or configuration code.

    Is a request non-binding?

    Yes. You decide only after our net offer.

    Does the vehicle get the European manufacturer warranty?

    Yes. New vehicles come with the brand's full European manufacturer warranty.

    Who handles transport, COC and VAT?

    We do. Everything is in the file, right to your garage.

    Can I order as a private individual?

    This platform is for garages and trade buyers. Private buyers order through their garage.
